Shipping Information

When will my Products get here?

Now that you've ordered, you're certainly wondering when you'll be getting your products. Well, that's not a simple answer. Each of our physical products has a different fulfillment and shipping time due to some of them coming from different places. Herein lies a cheat sheet to explain when you should exect your items.

Printed Charts and Kits

Each of our kits and charts are printed and assembled by hand as your order comes in. Therefore, you should allow 3-5 business days for the items to ship. The shipment type you select at checkout will determine how long until it reaches you. Most shipments to the U.S. and Canada arrive within 2 weeks. International shipments may take longer.

Print Shop Items

Print Shop items are sent from Printful, a company in California. Their fulfillment times are about 2 to 7 business days, and they give you an expected shipping time when you complete your order. You should also receive an email with the tracking number (when applicable) for the package when it ships.

Supplies

At this time, we are drop shipping cross stitch supplies via Ali Express until such time that we have our own stock. As such, shipping and fulfilment times may be as much as 30 - 45 days. You should receive an email with your tracking number where applicable.
